Required Qualifications

·        A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

·        Minimum of 1 year experience in health care administration or related health care program administration experience.

·        Knowledge of healthcare systems and organizations.

·        Knowledge of medical education training, e.g., undergraduate and graduate medical education.

·        Exceptional written and verbal communication skills showing excellent organization and attention to detail along with presentation experience.

·        Experience in communicating through correspondence and by telephone with professionals of all levels including health care professionals such as administrators, physicians, residents in training, and medical students.

·        Excellent oral presentation skills.

·        Current proficiency in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.

Desired Qualifications

·        A Master’s degree in health administration is preferred.

·        Knowledge of the methods used by healthcare systems and organizations in the recruitment of health care providers is preferred.

·        Experience with SQL databases and Qualtrics or similar on-line survey software experience is preferred.

·        Experience in planning and execution of events is preferred.

·        Experience with physician employment agreements is preferred.
