Position Qualifications:
Education Required
A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience Requirements
One to three years of related administrative and program management experience.
Experience with continual process and quality improvement.
Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient with computer software applications and ability to manipulate data.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience with coordinating events.
Experience with academic programs in a healthcare setting.
Prior experience in educational programs, especially those in the medical sciences.
Experience in training and documenting work processes.
Knowledge of ACGME program requirements and standards.
Experience with Excel, ICON, & Qualtrics.
Knowledge of University of Iowa policies, procedures and regulations.
