POSITION QUALIFICATIONS 

 

Education Requirement 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.  

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Typically, one or more years of professional work experience or at least 6 months of relevant student experience. 

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 

  • Demonstrated high attention to detail. 

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in writing and verbally for effective relationships; ability to synthesize information in a clear and concise manner. 

  • Demonstrated experience in providing superior customer service. 

  • Demonstrated ability to work as a collaborative team member, remain productive under pressure situations and effectively problem solve.  

  • Demonstrated ability to interact positively with a diverse population. 

 

Desired Qualifications 

  • Knowledge of University policies, procedures and systems (MAUI, ICON). 

  • Experience in graduate programs, business programs or a registrar’s office.
