Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

  1. Four years of library work experience, or
  2. A combination of related work experience, undergraduate education, and/or post-high school library training totaling five years.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to edit electronic resource records according to local cataloging procedures at UI Libraries.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and process vendor invoices and follow payment procedures at UI Libraries.
  • Ability to respond to a variety of queries requiring judgment and interpretation of policies and practice.
  • Ability to organize workflow and prioritize multiple tasks for self and others.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity in an academic environment, in a workplace setting, and/or in the community.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively w/others, groups, and/or team settings.

Starting salary $42,952. Merit pay level 12.
