Admin Services Administrator - Department of Epidemiology
Required Qualification
A master's degree in business administration or related field or an equivalent combination of related education and experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience related to budgeting, fiscal analysis and management, including pre- and post-award grants management
Minimum of 3 years’ administrative experience, including supervisory experience managing effective teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional experience working effectively with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives
Highly Desirable Qualification
Relevant experience managing multiple funding sources including state, foundation and research funds
Desirable Qualification
Considerable knowledge of university policies, procedures and regulations
Reasonable knowledge of facility operations or management
Reasonable knowledge managing or directing human resource policies, practices, and regulations
