Admin Services Coordinator
Education Required:
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Required Qualifications:
- Typically, 1 year of administrative experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks
- Must be detail-oriented
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain working relationships
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work as a team
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Demonstrate ability to interact positively with a diverse population
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience with budgets, reconciling accounts, MAUI, and MyUI
- Knowledge of, or experience with UI Workflow
- Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations
- Customer service experience in an academic environment
