REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year working experience in a medical/clinic setting.
  • Knowledge of patient scheduling, clinical schedule workflows, coordination of patient activities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with EPIC or Electronic Health Records systems.
  • Proficiency in computer software applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience working with spreadsheets and database data entry.
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and demonstrate excellent judgment in prioritizing multiple projects and assignments.
  • Must upload both a letter of interest and a current resume.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate positive outcomes by collaborating and working in a team environment.
  • Record of establishing and meeting/exceeding department objectives and deadlines.
