Neurology - Administrative Services Coordinator
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience in a medical/clinic setting.
- Knowledge of patient scheduling, clinical schedule workflows, coordination of patient activities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with EPIC or Electronic Health Records systems.
- Proficiency in computer software applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience working with spreadsheets and database data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and demonstrate excellent judgment in prioritizing multiple projects and assignments.
- Must upload both a letter of interest and a current resume.
- Knowledge of University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate positive outcomes by collaborating and working in a team environment.
- Record of establishing and meeting/exceeding department objectives and deadlines.
