Admin Services Coordinator

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.Experience Requirements

One – three years professional administrative/office experience

Strong attention to detail and the ability to function autonomously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to compose communications/correspondence and grammatically correct documents in a concise, logical and organized manner.

Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects quickly and effectively.
-
Attendance at some meetings and events outside of normal working hours.

Previous human resources experience.

Demonstrated competency and experience using most Microsoft Office software, which can include Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.Desirable Qualifications

Experience with coordinating and organizing of special events is desirable.
- Knowledge of and experience with University of Iowa Policies and Procedures – specifically with regard to UI Human Resources and HRIS - is highly desirable.
