Admin Services Coordinator
• Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate discipline such as business, communications or humanities related fields or an equivalent combination of education and related experience preferably in an education, non-profit, or similar setting
Experience Required
• More than one-year related office administration and/or coordinating activities for an office, program or service, preferably in an academic environment.
• Demonstrates experience in carrying out the administrative functions effectively and efficiently in support of individuals, teams and the unit.
• Must be proficient in computer software applications including Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, SharePoint, and/or Outlook) and ability to learn proprietary software (such as: Exam Soft, Qualtrics, etc.).
• Candidate must demonstrate the ability to:
• Work with and build strong working relationships with a variety of individuals and groups;
• Process information with high level of accuracy and attention to detail and to complete work assignments within designated time frames;
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
Desirable Qualifications• Gather and analyze data.
• Demonstrates working experience in the application of University policy and procedures.
• Demonstrates the ability to establish and build healthy working relationships and partnerships with colleagues within and external to own unit, all of whom may be “customers”.
• Experience managing and maintain information systems.
