Required
Bachelor’s
degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience
Requirements
·
6 months-1 year experience in an
administrative role is required.
·
Prior experience in a legal setting or a
health care setting is required.
·
Superior attention to detail, including
excellent composition and editing skills, is required.
·
Demonstrated effectiveness in written
and oral communication to a variety of constituencies while maintaining
confidentiality standards is required.
·
Demonstrated ability to work
independently to complete multiple projects and meet deadlines simultaneously
in a dynamic environment.
·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
applications, including Word, Outlook, Power Point, and Excel, is required.
Desirable
Qualifications
·
Experience coordinating travel and reconciling associated expenses
is desirable.
·
Knowledge of University of Iowa procurement and travel policies
and procedures is desirable.
·
Knowledge of University of Iowa and University of Iowa Health Care
policies, procedures and regulations is desirable.
