Admin Services Coordinator
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and related administrative experience.
- Some (6 months -1 year) of administrative experience involving customer service in a high traffic office environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and has ability to provide examples of savvy approaches to effectively resolve conflicts or complaints.
- Experience in standard office computer applications, preferably Microsoft Office products, including Excel.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience working effectively in a welcoming and respectful workplace environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Some (6mo-1yr) experience monitoring/reconciling financial accounts, purchasing, and/or providing educational instruction to individuals or groups.
- Experience working with college students in an educational environment.
- Experience with University of Iowa business practices, policies, and procedures.
