Admin Services Coordinator
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Typically 6 – 12 months experience providing administrative support for a program that includes supporting/coordinating day-to-day operations and providing support to an administrator/manager or similar position.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to effectively interpret information received; and correctly communicate with faculty, staff, students, and the public, while appreciating the unique contributions of diverse individuals.
- Working knowledge of and ability to use such tools as Microsoft Office suite (Outlook calendar/email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and internet search tools.
- Working knowledge and evidence of success in organizing and planning tasks and events and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of web editing and use of social media platforms.
- Working knowledge of University systems (e.g. MAUI, ICON, Drupal)
- Working experience with electronic processing of transactions, web forms, and workflow.
- Basic knowledge of University policies, procedures and regulations.
