REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  2. Demonstrated excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  3. Demonstrated experience with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  4. Demonstrated proficiency with calendaring, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software such as Microsoft or Google.
  5. Experience working with confidential information.

 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Knowledge of University of Iowa policies, procedures, and regulations.
  2. Grant related experience such as, knowledge or experience using Cayuse and/or UIRIS routing forms.
  3. Experience arranging travel.
  4. Experience reconciling accounts.
  5. Experience setting up online meetings preferably via Zoom.
  6. Event planning/coordination experience.
