Admin Services Coordinator - Department of Communication Studies
Education requirement
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to a year administrative work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as demonstrated at a working proficiency level.
- Experience with a variety of desktop tools, including MS Office Suite and apps. Willingness and ability to learn new software platforms as needed.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic experience with website maintenance, newsletter development, and social media management.
- Demonstrates working ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
- Basic knowledge of University policies, procedures, and systems.
