Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience Requirement:

  • One+ years of experience providing administrative operations support
  • One+ years public contact/customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize duties, meet deadlines, and conduct timely and detailed follow-up with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions, levels and departments toward shared objectives.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, presentation) and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively in a diverse environment.
  • Must be highly proficient in MS Office Suite and computer software applications.
  • Working experience with electronic processing systems.

 Desired Qualifications:

  • Three(3) to five(5) years’ experience providing administrative operations support.
  • One year of administrative experience in support of research programs.
  • Experience creating, editing and proofreading internal and external correspondence prior to publication.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience collecting and managing data.
  • Knowledge of University policies, procedures, and regulations.
