Required Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or appropriate combination of relevant experience and education
  • Ability to interpret, apply, and communicate policies, rules, and standards
  • Significant experience working collaboratively with leadership and support staff (e.g., DEOs, CDAs, program staff, GME Office)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively (verbally and written) at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while possessing a strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer software applications and office support tools available (e.g., MS Office, email, presentation software and spreadsheets).

Desired Qualifications

  • Two-years experience working with others on complex processes in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of GME, and/or the trajectory of physicians through their educational pathways
  • Responsibilities to tight project deadlines
  • Ability to track, produce, and organize quantitative and qualitative data for reports
  • Familiarity with UIHC, the UI and their policies/procedures
