Qualifications:

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated office administration experience (typically 6 months to 1 year)
  • Experience maintaining records and/or databases.
  • Proficiency in standard office computer applications, preferably Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated commitment to working with a diverse group of clientele and ability to model open, respectful, accepting, and supportive behaviors with team members.
  • Customer service experience in a high traffic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience responding to a wide variety of inquiries, including routine information-seeking from individuals in distress who need immediate assistance.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting staff in a high-profile unit/department.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Working knowledge of social media.
  • Experience working in a confidential setting.
