Administration Services Specialist
Education Required
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Typically, one – three years of experience in performing office administration tasks effectively and efficiently in support of executive level individuals and/or teams.
- Demonstrates a basic proficiency in working effectively with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and civil manner while appreciating the unique contribution of individuals (i.e. individuals from varied cultures, race, creed, color, national origin, age, sex, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, and veteran status).
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of and ability to:
- Use Microsoft tools available on the desktop (e.g. word, excel, outlook (mail merge), PowerPoint software and spreadsheets).
- Produce documents that are clear and well-presented, using various techniques to disseminate and gather information while maintaining confidentiality; and adapt writing to different audiences; utilize communication techniques and relationship building skills that enable one to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner;
- Demonstrates an extensive proficiency in effectively and efficiently processing a high volume of information and the ability to develop and follow consistent processes with a high level of accuracy, organization, prioritization, and timeliness.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency.
Desirable Qualifications
- Basic experience with web page maintenance through content management systems.
