Education Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.


Required Qualifications

  • Typically, 6 months to 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain working relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work as a team.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, OneDrive).
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.


Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with budgets, reconciling accounts, MAUI, My UI and SelfServ.
  • Knowledge of, or experience with UI Workflow.
  • Knowledge of University policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Customer service experience in an academic environment.
