Education Requirement

  • A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working in an office setting with a customer service focus and/or administrative processes and associated operating requirements; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations. Experience typical of six months -1 year. 
  • Knowledge of and ability to use office support tools available on the desktop (e.g., word processing, e-mail, presentation software and spreadsheets).  
  • Demonstrated commitment to working with a diverse group of people and ability to model open, respectful, accepting, and supportive behaviors with team members 
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communications skills; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and interpret ideas, information, and needs through appropriate communication methods and behaviors. 

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating events. 
  • Experience with collaboration software applications such as Slack, Trello, Zoom, HelpScout, etc.
