Administrative Services Coordinator – Iowa Sciences Academy
Education Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Qualifications:
· Typically, 6 months’ related administrative and/or program experience.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Access, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
Desired Qualifications:
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines and work in a team environment.
· Experience organizing events.
· Some knowledge of University policies, procedures (such as procurement card reconciliation), and regulations.
· Grant management experience.
· Experience generating newsletters.
