Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative support role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
• Working knowledge of computerized tools; databases, internet searches
• Superior written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate effectively 
• Demonstrated experience in providing superior customer service
• Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail, planning, and follow-up skills. 
• Ability to develop alternative solutions and solve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to interact positively with a diverse population.

Desired Qualifications
• Basic knowledge of University policies, procedures and academic systems
• Experience managing internal and external suppliers and partners
• Event planning and/or management experience
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, especially SalesForce
• Working knowledge of social media platforms
• Ability to perform simple website updates
