Administrative Services Coordinator
A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Experience
Required
- Experience in an administrative support role, office management or other related experience. Typical experience is 1- 3 years.
- Establishing and building healthy and collaborative working relationships and partnerships with colleagues within and external to own unit.
- Responding quickly to changing priorities and emerging situations while maintaining professionalism and approachability
- Proficiency in computer software applications such as MS word, Excel, outlook calendar, power point, and/or Publisher required List communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation if applicable
- Experience with and/or interest in interacting with persons with disabilities.
- Demonstrates excellent oral and written communications skills; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and interpret ideas, information, and needs through appropriate communication methods and behaviors at a working proficiency level.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience assisting persons with disabilities in a secondary education setting or on a college campus, in the workplace, and/or in the community List desirable qualifications
- Supervisory experience in assigning work and evaluating performance.
