Administrative Services Coordinator - Department of Psychiatry
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or related medical or data field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous administrative experience is required.
Demonstrated accuracy in working with complex projects.
Extensive experience and proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting.
Ability to work independently and set and execute work priorities.
Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills, including ability to compose grammatically correct documents in a concise, logical, and organized manner.
High degree of attention to detail and a high level of organization skills that will create high quality experience for everyone as they work with faculty, staff, visitors, and patients.
Desirable Qualifications
Previous experience working in an academic healthcare center, hospital, or other medical setting
Knowledge of UI policies and procedures
