Administrative Services Coordinator - Faculty Recruiter
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- At least 1 year experience recruiting high profile and hard to fill professional positions.
- Ability to manage time/resources efficiently and initiate process improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to manage small and large group interactions.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, showing the ability to handle multiple tasks, establish priorities and the ability to meet tight deadlines in situations both complex and sensitive in nature.
- Demonstrates proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Access, Power Point, Excel, and Word.
- Availability and flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when faculty candidates are on-site.
- Ability to compose communications and grammatically correct documents in a concise, logical and organized manner.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet and maintain UI Fleet Safety standards.
- Knowledge of University policies, procedures, regulations and guidelines as well as familiarity with UIHC entities and functions.
- Previous experience working with University accounting, Pcard and travel systems.
- Previous experience working with University HR systems.
- Demonstrated experience working with confidential projects using discretion and independent judgement.
