Education Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in managing an office.

Required Qualifications
• 1-3 years administrative experience, demonstrating excellent customer service and producing quality results in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge with computer software application such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and the Calendaring function.
• Proven skills in account reconciliation and attention to detail; ability to prepare reports and maintain associated electronic records.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Proven success working collaboratively in a team environment, maintaining a professional and respectful environment while building trust to achieve positive outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively and make decisions in ambiguous and complex situations with minimal supervision.

Desired Qualifications
• Understanding and/or experience (1-3 years) with revenue cycle processes.
• Experience implementing new processes and workflows for a large unit/division/department.
• Experience working with confidential data.
• Working knowledge of University policies and procedures; including financial and HR transactions and systems.
