Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner - Occupational Health Clinic
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A Master’s degree is required. A Master’s degree in Nursing is preferred. If a Master’s degree is in a related field, a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing is required.
- Board certified and registered as an ARNP in state of Iowa.
- Current license to practice nursing in the State of Iowa is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of effective strategies for working with faculty, staff, and students from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience providing overall medical care and provide medical management for patients in an outpatient setting is highly desirable.
- Experience exercising autonomy in medical decision-making and services provided is highly desirable.
- Desirable (1-3 years) experience in internal medicine, family medicine, urgent care or occupational medicine.
