Required Qualifications:
•    A Master’s degree is required (a Master’s degree or DNP in nursing is preferred- if a Master’s degree is in a related field, a Baccalaureate degree in nursing is required)
•    Current license to practice nursing in Iowa is required
•    Current certification in specialty area and licensure as ARNP in state of Iowa is required
•    Demonstrated experience in area of clinical practice
•    Demonstrated experience working effectively in a diverse environment or promoting a diverse environment is required
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required

Desired Qualifications:
•    Previous experience working with Anemia Patients
•    3-5 years of patient care experience
•    Demonstrates initiative
•    Experience presenting information in a group setting
