Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner - Pediatrics Cardiology
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree is required. A Master's degree in Nursing is preferred. If Master's degree is in a related field, a Baccalaureate degree in nursing is required.
- Current certification as Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) and or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Current ARNP license to practice nursing in the State of Iowa is required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with indirect supervision and critical thinking/problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Federal DEA license
- Knowledge and experience in cardiology and or pediatrics
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in the clinical care of pediatrics.
- Knowledge and experience in ambulatory care.
- BLS/PALS
