Area Manager, Building Maintenance & Operations
Education Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience Required
5-7 years of experience in skilled trades activities and/or general construction.
At least 1 year supervisory experience, including demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, analyzing, executing, and documenting specific administrative and management functions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet and maintain UI Fleet Safety Standards
Ability to work with a diverse group of staff at all levels of an organization.
Proven experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), preferably AiM.
Desirable Qualifications
Working knowledge with architectural plans and specifications.
Experience with process improvement in the workplace
