Mimimum Eligibility Requirements:

  • A Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing is required
  • Current License to practice registered nursing in Iowa is required.
  • 3-5 years current experience in clinical practice required.
  • Six months - 1 year current experience in leadership role or activities required.
  • Professional job-related experience fostering or promoting a welcoming and respectful work/academic environment where people of all backgrounds and perspectives feel welcomed and appreciated; or demonstrated the ability to do so.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in an Ambulatory Surgery environment is highly desirable.
  • Certification is specialty (CAPA, CPAN)
  • Current ACLS, PALS certification desired or completion within 3 months of employment is required.
