Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an administrative support role.
- Experience (typically three years or more) working with complex databases and information systems.
- Experience with confidentiality and sensitive personal data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in the customer service area.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to and alignment with the values of the Division of Student Life, including a demonstrated commitment to excellence through diversity, equity and inclusion.
- Ability to understand the unique needs of student populations such as students with disabilities, international students, or those who may be gender non-conforming.
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated initiative, as well as the ability to build positive working relationships and contribute to team success.
- Ability and willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends in order to meet business need.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in related field.
- Experience (typically one to three years) working with StarRez housing information system.
- Experience working with accounts receivables and/or UI financial systems, policies, and procedures.
- Previous supervision experience.
- Familiarity with housing accommodations under the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Fair Housing Act.
- Experience working in a college or university housing or administrative setting.
