Assistant Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid
Required Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in admissions.
- 7 years of progressive experience in admissions, enrollment management, or relevant professional experience in an institute of higher education.
- Demonstrated experience providing strong leadership and articulating a strategic vision for enrollment.
- Demonstrated experience effectively leading, supervising, and developing staff.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate strong data analysis and presentation skills to inform admissions decisions and scholarship allocation.
- Knowledge of financial aid systems and regulations, including loan programs and scholarship management.
- Commitment to promoting a welcoming and respectful workplace environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
