Assistant Director, Leadership and Student Organization Development
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration, Student Development, or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Working experience (typically 1-3 years) in a higher education setting with campus engagement and student life.
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
- Demonstrated commitment to multiculturalism and experience working with students of color and other historically underrepresented students.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Working experience (typically 1-3 years) in utilizing student organization management software and social media.
- Working experience (typically 1-3 years) in campus programming with emphasis in administration, marketing, and experiential education experiences.
- Working experience (typically 1-3 years) in assessing and evaluating programs, and in conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
- Knowledge of and commitment to University policies, procedures and regulations.
