Education Requirement 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a closely related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing channels, with at least 1-2 years of experience with digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to continually learn new tools and adapt to a changing marketing environment and proficient in Salesforce, Pardot, and Microsoft Office software systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to concurrently manage multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of e-mail marketing, lead generation, and lead nurturing.
  • Working level of knowledge/experience in advertising products or services.
  • Ability to work within the constraints of an established brand.
  • Demonstrated commitment to a welcoming and respectful workplace environment. 

Desired Qualifications 

  • 3-5+ years marketing experience.
  • One or more of the following secondary competencies:
  • Working level of knowledge/experience in effective business communications and ability to write compelling marketing copy.
  • Working level knowledge/experience in organic content strategies or direct response marketing on Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products, particularly Photoshop and InDesign, Drupal, Constant Contact, and Asana.
  • Working level knowledge of SEM/SEO best practices or experience leading 3rd party agencies in this area.
  • Experience with marketing in the higher education space.
