Assistant Nurse Manager - Integrated Call Center
Required Qualifications:
- A Baccalaureate degree in Nursing is required.
- Current license to practice registered nursing in Iowa is required.
- Three to five years current experience in clinical practice required.
- Six months- one year of progressing leadership responsibilities.
- Collaborates and develops effective interpersonal relationships with nursing staff, non-nursing staff, and hospital departments.
- Demonstrates appreciation for diversity with an understanding of benefits of a diverse workforce (stimulation, challenge, and energy that contributes to a productive and effective workplace.
- Demonstrates effective teaching skills for staff and patient education.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates time management, organization of workload, delegation, attention to detail, and thoroughness.
- Excellent problem solving, decision making, and critical thinking skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in an ambulatory environment is highly desirable.
- Professional certification in a nursing field.
- Experience in providing nurse triage over the phone.
