Athletic Trainer- Physician Practice and Outreach (Orthopedics)
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and/or a Master’s degree in related field or equivalent combination and experience required
- 1 year of relevant experience as an Athletic Trainer
- Working knowledge of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
- Iowa Athletic Trainer license, or license-eligible
- BOC certification
- CPR/BLS certification
Desirable Qualifications:
- Clinical experience working in a high school and other community outreach roles
- Experience working in the physician practice setting
- Completion of an Athletic Training Residency Program
- 1-3 years of experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer
