Education and Licensure 
A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field. 
Must be licensed as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Iowa by time of hire.


Required Qualifications 
Minimum 3-5 years behavioral health experience which includes experience with adults with OCD and anxiety disorders 
Demonstrated experience with evidence-based practices. 
Experience with providing adult psychotherapy  
Experience formulating diagnostic opinions and treatment plans utilizing the criteria of the DSM 5 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills  
Demonstrated experience collaborating as part of interdisciplinary care teams, including ability to effect change and resolve recalcitrant problems.
