Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6 months – 1 year experience that includes experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or challenging behaviors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience or capacity to demonstrate positive interpersonal skills, provide a high level of customer service, and work as a cooperative team member.
  • Competence in and experience using Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments with individuals with challenging behaviors
  • Experience implementing behavioral treatment plans with individuals with challenging behaviors
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis
  • Some knowledge of UI policies and procedures
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting
  • Experience managing day-to-day program operations, such as staff and patient scheduling, collecting and managing data, and serving as a program liaison.
