Business Analyst – P-Card and Travel Program Administration
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Experience (typically 1 year) in accounting/procurement card process/system monitoring and/or data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Demonstrated organizational and analytical/statistical skills
- Must be proficient in computer software applications/demonstrated competence with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, such as Access, Excel and Word. A work sample may be given to interviewees either before or at the time of interview to assess Excel skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- Beyond 1 year of experience in accounting/procurement card process/system monitoring and/or data analysis.
- Knowledge of automated systems, both custom-built and commercially available.
- Experience with identifying and managing fraud/fraud prevention.
- Experience with leading process improvement projects and process re-engineering.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain.
- Familiarity with the ePro, ProTrav, and APPO systems.
