Education Requirement 

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.


Experience Required 
  • Some experience working in a post-secondary academic setting, typically 6 months-1 year.
  • Demonstrates a working proficiency or higher in managing multiple tasks, resource and project management, including a high level of autonomy, decision-making, and time organization.
  • Demonstrates a working proficiency, knowledge and application of the communication techniques and relationship building skills that develop the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
  • Demonstrates a working proficiency and knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques and processes; ability to use these to gather and analyze data for a specific or variety of needs and/or projects.
  • Extensive proficiency and experience understanding and applying effective written and verbal communications, concepts, tools, and techniques.
Desirable Qualifications 
  • Demonstrates a working proficiency with Tableau.
  • Demonstrates a working proficiency with SQL writing.
  • Demonstrates a working proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations, both informal and formal, using organization, detail, question anticipation, and utilizing feedback for improvement.
  • Demonstrates a working understanding of FERPA and other university and federal regulatory rules, policies, and laws.
  • Demonstrates a working proficiency with MAUI or other student records system or product (i.e. Banner, PeopleSoft).
