Education Requirements
•    A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience Requirements
•    Minimum one year of experience in data analysis, business analysis, financial analysis, healthcare analytics, revenue cycle analytics, or a closely related field. 

Desired Qualifications
•    2–3 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, healthcare operations, revenue cycle, provider productivity reporting, or clinical data management. 
•    Experience working with Epic (providers, billing/deficiency metrics, Reporting Workbench, Compass Rose, Clarity, etc.). 
•    Experience working with complex data sets, including data validation, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring data accuracy.
•    Experience with data modeling, ETL concepts, or data structure validation.
•    Experience supporting or coordinating process improvement efforts.
•    Experience developing or delivering training, user guidance, or documentation for business processes or reporting tools.
•    Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary groups such as BI teams, Compliance, Coding, or IT system owners. 
•    Working knowledge of financial, operational, or healthcare regulatory requirements (e.g., documentation standards, productivity methodologies). 
•    Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer software applications.
