Required Qualifications:
- Post Baccalaureate Degree, JD (or equivalent) preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse population.
- Knowledge of career development counseling and demonstrated ability to coach others in the decision-making process.
- Demonstrated experience effectively developing and presenting materials to a diverse audience with successful outcomes.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared outcomes.
- Ability to travel; possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to meet and maintain the UI Fleet Safety Standards.
- Post-graduation judicial clerkship experience.
- Private practice experience in a mid-size to large law firm.
- Knowledge of recruiting sources such as Symplicity and Online System for Clerkship Application and Review (OSCAR).
