Education Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.


Required Qualifications

  • Considerable (1-3 years) demonstrated experience in:
    • Higher education, career services, training/teaching, recruiting, or professional development
    • Program and event management/planning
  • Experience in creating and implementing tactical plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven sense of urgency when responding to employer, alumni, or students’ interaction.
  • Demonstrated constructive and collaborative relationship building skills with a variety of individuals and groups including peers, leadership, and internal/external constituents.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Current valid driver’s license and ability to meet Fleet Safety Driving Standards.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.


Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in related field.
  • Experience in a highly competitive, outcomes focused environment.
  • Technology experience using Excel, Qualtrics, Microsoft Suite, Video Conferencing systems, and/or Salesforce.
  • Administrative experience in budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Basic knowledge of university policies, procedures, and systems.
