Clerk III 50% – UI Health Care Urbandale REI/Specialty
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
- Any combination of related clerical office experience, related undergraduate education, and/or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to two years of full-time employment.
Special Qualifications:
- Public Contact/Customer Service experience.
- Driver's License and ability to meet UI Fleet Safety Standards
- Availability to provide support to other departments and clinical locations based on clinical need/hours
Desired Requirements:
- Medical Terminology
- Experience with EPIC
- Customer service and direct patient experience in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated excellent written/verbal communication
- Basic computer skills desired.
- Experience with scheduling in a healthcare setting
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to accuracy and detail
