Clerk III - Medical Center University - Rehab Therapies
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
• Any combination of related clerical office experience. Related undergraduate education and or post high school clerical training that is the equivalent to two years of full-time employment.
Desirable Qualifications:
• Previously worked in a rehabilitation setting.
• Knowledge and experience of the EPIC software system.
• Ability to thrive in a demanding environment and manage high-volume public contact effectively.
• Insurance knowledge in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Skill in utilizing computer software packages and online systems.
