Client Relations Manager, IT Outreach for Community Connect Iowa – Remote eligible w/in Iowa
Education Required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
Experience Requirements
- Typically,5 years of recent and proven managerial or operational experience in IT, including IT system implementations, health care or in complex customer relationship environments.
- Demonstrated experience of successful change management and/or application of continuous/business improvement techniques
- Experience developing, managing and/or monitoring service level agreements.
- Excellent people management, leadership, coaching and motivation skills.
- Outstanding communication skills at the verbal, written and presentation level. Proven ability to influence and build collaboration.
- A valid driver’s license is required and must have the ability to meet and maintain UI Fleet Safety Standards.
- Demonstrated job-related experience with and/or commitment to diversity in the work/academic environment.
- Experience and knowledge with an Epic Electronic Health Record System.
- Strong understanding of hospital or health system operations, financial, administrative, and clinical flows with basic understanding financial systems.
- Experience with management or operations in a small to medium hospital environment
- Experience working within complex, multiple client site environments managing customer relations, project deadlines, escalation, resolution, and program delivery.
- Proven history of working closely with clients to determine current and future business needs, advocating on behalf of clients in review of systems and programs.
- Strong problem solving and process improvement skills for managing service delivery, including developing workflows and new business processes.
- Experience planning and implementing remote and onsite meetings with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency with the MS Suite of products to include MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Teams, and Visio.
- Experience with C-Suite Communication.
