Required Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a Health Science field or an equivalent combination of education and research experience is required.
  • Experience, typically 1-3 years, preparing submissions for institutional review board and other ethical applications.
  • Experience, typically 1-3 years, in processing research regulatory documents.
  • Working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) in research is required. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, evenings and weekends as needed by the research protocol is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel is required.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience with HawkIRB, WIRB, external IRBs, and sIRB submissions.
  • Experience with REDCap, Epic and I-CART is desirable.
  • Previous experience in data collection and entry is desirable.
  • The ability to work independently is desired.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work is desired.
