Education Required:

 

Requires the academic knowledge of a discipline plus the ability to translate, adapt and apply the knowledge that is generally associated with a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.      

 

Experience Requirements:

 
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal and organizational skills are required.
  • 6 months to one year experience enrolling admission patients and/or monitoring study patients as required by protocol.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and procedures as set forth by the IRB and/sponsoring agencies.
  • Experience with surgical patients.
 

Highly Desirable Qualifications:

 
  • Experience with surgical patients.
  • Experience with NSQIP or Trauma databases.
  • Experience with REDCap, EndNote.
  • Ability to fluctuate occasionally working nights and weekends sue to requirements of enrollment protocol of the study.
  • Experience with Surgical procedures.
 

Desirable Qualifications:

 
  • Previous database experience.
  • Previous chart abstraction work.
