A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word and Excel) is required.
Experience with databases is required.
Experience with research is required
Knowledge of University of Iowa Health Care policies, procedures and regulations is desirable.
Experience entering and reviewing data into EPIC is desired.
Experience with cash handling is desired.
Experience with IRB is desired.
Experience screening potential research subjects to determine eligibility for participation is desirable.
Knowledge of medical terminology is desirable.
Experience with human subjects or patients is desirable.
Experience with REDCap survey/database application is desirable.
Customer service experience is desirable.
